Bookings and Conditions

A non-returnable deposit of £100 is required at time of booking.

The balance is to be paid six weeks before the start of the holiday. Non-payment of the balance shall be deemed as a cancellation of the booking.  Bookings made less than six weeks in advance are payable in full.  Telephone and email reservations will be held for one week pending receipt of booking form and deposit.

For your own protection we recommend that you take advantage of an insurance policy.  Once confirmed, guests will be liable for the full rental in the event of cancellation.  In the event of cancellation, we shall make every effort to re-let your booking. If the cottage remains unoccupied we are entitled to retain your deposit and ask for further payment in order to compensate our losses.

We do not take bookings from anyone under the age of eighteen years unless guaranteed by an adult.

Well behaved pets are welcome at the cottages, provided that they are kept under control and that they are not left alone in the cottages.  It is the owners responsibility to clear up and dispose of any mess they create.

The use of the cottage and any of its amenities is entirely at your own risk.  No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to person or personal belongings, cars or their contents.

The owners accept no liability for any short-term equipment failure or problem beyond their control.

Guests will be liable for any damage to the property or its contents.  We also ask that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay.

Guests are asked to arrive after 3.30pm on arrival day and to leave by 9.30am at the latest on departure day.
